SHIPPING DURING COVID-19 ALERT 4

At RevitaLash New Zealand, we have continued to operate our online business in compliance with government advice.

However, in line with the latest updates from the New Zealand Government and as the restrictions increase for delivery services, the shipping of online orders is temporarily suspended until further notice.

Our online store remains open and orders will be shipped as soon as the Alert Level 4 has been lifted.

As soon as we are able to continue shipping orders, we will provide a shipping and tracking email for your reference.

At RevitaLash New Zealand, we have continued and will continue to operate our online business in compliance with government advice. 

However, it is likely the New Zealand Government may increase restrictions for non-essential delivery services (even home based online stores), if this is announced we will no longer be fulfilling online orders until further notice. 

Items shipped after 24th March are shipped from our home using Courier post. There may be a delay with delivery during Covid-19 Alert 4. Tracking is available via an email once your order has been collected. Please be assured if we are unable to ship your order within 3 business days, one of our customer service team will be in touch, to either place goods on backorder or refund.
