90 Day Product Promise
We hope you’ll fall in love with our products, but if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with a product purchased through, we’ll find a solution for you.
We offer a 90-day guarantee on our RevitaLash® Advanced 2ml, 3.5ml and RevitaLash® Advanced Sensitive 2ml eyelash conditioners as well as our RevitaBrow® Advanced 3ml eyebrow conditioner. Please contact us directly at along with any images of your lashes or brows and we'll assist you from there.

As our trial-size products don't extend to a full 90-day period of usage, these are not part of our 90-day guarantee.


Should your item be faulty upon arrival please contact us at within 14 calendar days. Once your return form is received we require product to be returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or a replacement item shipped to you.


Any freight damage needs to be communicated to us within 5 business days, so we can get in contact with the Courier Company. Please keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will want to see this also.


Please double check your address on the checkout page before confirming your order.
If a package is sent back to us because the address you supply us with is incorrect, you may be required to pay for a second shipping fee.


In the unlikely event that you feel you have had an adverse reaction to one of our products, please immediately discontinue use and if possible take a photograph of the reaction, please contact us as soon as possible


Any sale, discounted or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty.


For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns on opened RevitaLash cosmetics. Unless where the item is deemed faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
