Orders $99 and under: $10 ex rural/ $12.99 rural delivery
Order Processing & Tracking
We aim to dispatch all orders via New Zealand Post within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we’re unable to make changes or redirect parcels once your order has been dispatched.

All domestic orders ship via NZ Post

All orders are sent with signature required by default
If you leave delivery instructions such as “leave at back door” or “leave in letterbox”, this may be treated by NZ Post as Authority to Leave. In these cases, Kiara Cosmetics is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. By providing such instructions, you accept full responsibility for the parcel’s safety upon delivery.
Once dispatched, address changes must be requested directly with NZ Post.
We are unable to make any updates after your parcel has shipped.
Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection may incur additional re-shipping charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of courier delays.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@kiaracosmetics.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
We’re happy to organise a replacement or refund where appropriate.
However, we cannot ship any replacements until the original item has been returned to us. If the error or damage is confirmed to be our fault, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
