Tell us about yourself and your experience in the Beauty Industry?

I am the ON National Training Manager at OFF&ON, I look after all thing Brows and Semi Permanent Makeup.  I trained as a makeup artist originally before moving into brows 10 years ago. In that time, I have lived and breathed all things brows and still learning! Brows have always been a passion of mine since I started having mine done at the age of 9!

What does a day in your life look like?

I like to get up early and start my day with a workout followed by lots of coffee! My work day can vary depending on the day, from SPMU – Lip Blush and Powder Brows, training new team members in brows or up-skilling them to new treatments, as well as trialing new products or potential services. I get to travel around to all our OFF&ON locations so things never get boring!

What trends are you seeing for Brows and Lashes?

Lashes are having a focus at the moment with coloured mascaras and bold full lashes all over the runways and red carpets. The Double-Ended Volume Mascara can give you both colour and bold lashes.

Brows are still brushed up with a focus on being darker yet still soft, a brow lamination with a brow colour or a tinted brow gel a shade darker can achieve this at home.

What are your home care essentials after services?

For a majority of our brow and lash treatments it is best to keep them as dry as possible for 24-48 hours to help with longevity. A clear brow gel is my holy grail product that everyone could benefit from to help set brows into place. I like to use the lash and brow masque once a week and the brow code oil every night to keep my hairs healthy and nourished.

What is your top tip for healthy strong lashes and brows?
